Wayne Barker was so kind and made hard conversations lighthearted, bringing in some comedy at appropriate times, and always showed that he was listening with empathy. The receptionist, William, is also very well organized and persistent to say the least (they called me 4 times to make sure I got an appointment set up and walked me through the whole process).
